Present:  Maddy Goodell, Melissa Kiernan, Tammy Daley, Randy White, Steve Liebold, Don Morong, Jon Singleton, Brad Whitaker, John Chesnut, Katie Barber, Jim Damren, Ahmad Haidari, Ernie Gour

Minutes from March 5 meeting approved.

By – laws and procedures distributed to new members.  Explanation made by Don on how to make changes. 

Election of officers by new board:

Secretary:  Tammy Daley

President:  Don Morong

Vice President:  Jim Damren

Treasurer:  Maddy Goodell

Registrar:  Annmarie McDonagh

Associate members:  Ahmad Haidari, Brad Whitaker, Ernie Gour and Jon Singleton

Assignment of committees and coordinators: 

          Girls Program Coordinator:  Reed Bergwell

In-House Coordinator:  Steve Liebold, Randy White and Melissa Kiernan, Melissa to ask Bruce if he would be able to assist.

          Equipment manager:  Kristi Judd, Katie Barber

          State Delegate:  Bobee Gour, Brad Whitaker, Don Morong, and Jim Damren

          Coaching Coordinator:  Steve Liebold

          Tournament Director:  Ernie Gour

          Communication Coordinator:  Melissa Kiernan

          Newsletter Editor:  Scott Sanborn

          Parent Rep Coordinator:  Katie Barber

          Tournament Committee:  Steve Cullinane with Ernie Gour and Scott Sanborn

          Tryout & Selection Committee:  Tammy Daley with Randy White, Katie Barber and Ernie Gour

Equip Evaluation & Replacement:  John Singleton with Katie Barber, Ernie Gour and Kristi Judd

          Ice Availability:  Brad Whitaker and Jim Damren

 

Spring Registration:  Was $150 last year, should be the same as Hartford this year to set the precedence. 

Ref fees to go up.  Don proposes that we set the same price and same wording as Hartford.  He will draft letter and send to board for approval. 

All available board members to meet at Don’s house on April 10th to stuff envelopes for the spring registrations.
